SEO Audit

Running an audit is the first step of a SEO project because it helps to identify code-related issues. Recommendations will be prioritised to highlight the quick-wins, the middle-term evolutions and the additional documents that should be delivered. Doing a site’s audit is an important step and here are some information about our approach.

An Analysis To Fix Technical Issues

The structure of our SEO audit

There are different ways to do a site audit but the main goal is to understand how your site currently perform in search results and how can we improve it to reach the next level. To give you some visibility about the way Get Clicks runs SEO audit, you will find some details about the structure of the document that you will receive.

To understand how your pages rank in search results and what is the weight of SEO as part of your global traffic, conversions and turnover.

To make sure that your content is accessible, easy to access, without errors. We find solutions to improve the crawling and the indexing process.

To make sure that your content is SEO-friendly so that search engines can understand the topics & rank your pages on relevant keywords.

To highlight the quick-wins that should be implemented and the SEO optimisations that will require more time or more deliverables to be implemented.

Why no link analysis in your SEO audit?

Because we focus on what we call “on-site” SEO as part of this type of audit. We do provide link audit, but it’s generally a different deliverable because we analyse your link profile compared to your competitors. However, we can include it as part of the SEO audit, if necessary, and focus on your site only.

FAQ About Our SEO Audits

We scan your pages such as search engines do and we analyse the data to highlight the blocking points that prevent your website to rank higher in search results. We also run manual checks for tests that tools do not cover.

It depends of the scope of the project. Generally speaking, internal teams are in charge of implementing the changes but if you need, we can discuss about it. We can implement basic changes directly from your back-office or work directly on the code and the server with our developers.
